    Das Haus ist ganz in der Nähe eines großen, günstigen Lebensmittelgeschäfts. Es sind jetzt große Kanalbauarbeiten im Dorf ganz vor dem Haus, von 07.00 bis 15.00 ist es sehr laut. Opatija is leicht zu erreichen.

    Zu wenig Strände, die Einheimischen reißen sich alles unter den Nagel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, die Gegend sehr schön.

    Kleiner charmanter Ort mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Die drei Kilometer zum Meer sind ohne Fahrzeug nicht zu empfehlen, da der Ort sehr hoch gelegen ist (ca. 180 Meter über dem Meer).

20% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 60th day before arrival
50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 36th day before arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the 35th day before arrival
