Dieses kleinere Haus ist wohnlich und gepflegt eingerichtet und liegt so dicht am Ufer wie überhaupt möglich. Vom Wohnraum mit Essecke und Schlafcouch hat man daher einen herrlichen Seeblick! Gleich unterhalb liegt an einem langen Steg das Ruderboot vertäut. Den frischen Fang des Tages kann man ggf. auch auf der überdachten Veranda, ebenfalls mit wunderbarer Aussicht, grillen. Bequeme Matratzen im Etagenbett sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf. Schon morgens kann der Frühaufsteher ungestört einige Runden im Wasser drehen. Auch den Rest des Tages kann man mit Baden, Angeln oder einer Ruderpartie auf dem reizvollen Mälaren verbringen. Für Abwechslung sorgt z.B. der Tier- und Vergnügungspark im etwa 40 km entfernten Eskilstuna. Hier gibt es auch Ausstellungen über die Kindertage des Industriezeitalters, z.B. Rademaschersmedjorna. Stockholm liegt 140 km entfernt, was einen Tagesausflug dorthin ermöglicht. Zudem gibt es mehrere schöne Schlösser in der Umgebung.

    Lage zu nahe bei Nachbargebäude bzw. Vermieter mit ständigem Einblick
    Preis trotz Saison völlig unangemessen.
    Für 4 Personen entschieden zu klein

Payment conditions

Initial payment of 25% when booking, outstanding payment at least 35 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.

This holiday house can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). From the 21st day before arrival a payment is only possible via credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Cancellation costs

20% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 60th day before arrival
50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 35th day before arrival
80% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the day before arrival
100% of rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival

The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 65.
