Payment conditions

Initial payment of 25% when booking, outstanding payment at least 42 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.

This holiday apartment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). From the 21st day before arrival a payment is only possible via credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Cancellation costs

25% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 42nd day before arrival
60% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 28th day before arrival
90% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the 27th day before arrival
