    Lage war sehr gut. Küchenausstattung etwas mager, es gab nur riesen Töpfe, keine Kleineren. Zimmer sehr großzügig und sehr sauber.

    In Porto Pozzo gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein nettes Restaurant direkt am Hafen, wo man abends auf alle Fälle einen Tisch bestellen muss. Circa 15 Autominuten entfernt findet man in Santa Teresa de Gallura oder in Paulau große Supermärkte.
    In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Capo Testa beeindruckt mit urigen Steinsformationen und das Capo d'Orso ist ein absolutes Muss.
    In der Nähe von Luras, circa 90 Autominuten entfernt findet man einen wunderschönen Olivenhain mit einem 4000 Jahre alten Baum. Nur die Kurven auf der Straße nach Luras sind nicht sehr magenfreundlich.
    Wer historisch interessiert ist kann sich Nuraghen und Dolmen oder Tombas de Gigantes ansehen.
    In der Umgebung des Hauses gibt es viele herrliche Strände.

    Es gab alles am Ort. Man sollte jedoch Italienisch sprechen können.

    Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, leider keine geeignete Jogging Runde zu finden, da sehr starker Durchzugsverkehr.

    Der Ort Porto Pozzo, gelegen zwischen Palau und Santa Theresa, bietet nicht viel - nicht viel für's Auge und auch sonst nicht viel los. Ein paar Lädchen, ein paar Restaurants (selber nicht probiert) - für's Nötigste zur Selbstverpflegung reicht es aber allemal. Zur raschen Abkühlung kann mal am unspektakulären Strand ins Wasser hüpfen.
    Die Lage ist nicht schlecht - per Auto ist man so wohl relativ schnell in Santa Theresa mit wunderschöner Umgebung und schönen Stränden als auch schnell in Palau und ähnlich schönen Buchten.

Initial payment of 20% when booking, outstanding payment at least 30 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.

This holiday apartment can be paid by direct debit from a German bank account or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express). From the 14th day before arrival a payment is only possible via credit card.

Cancellation costs

10% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 61st day before arrival
50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 35th day before arrival
80% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 2nd day before arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the day before arrival
