Dieses Ferienhaus liegt mit herrlichem Blick zur nur etwa 300 m entfernten Küste. Das ältere Landhaus wurde 1909 erbaut und 2005 renoviert. Es liegt auf einem 1200 m2 gr., unebenen und naturbelassenen Naturgrundstück mit Ausblick in die grüne Umgebung. Offener Küchen-/Essbereich sowie Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen und deutschen TV-Sendern zur Auswahl. Gute Küchenausstattung mit Cerankochfeldern, separatem Ofen mit Grill, Geschirrspüler und einem amerikanischen Kühlschrank. Ausserdem stehen ein Whirlpool für 2 Pers. sowie Dusche und Fussbodenheizung im Bad bereit. Im hinteren Flur wurden Waschmaschine und Trockner untergebracht. Im Nebengebäude befinden sich Pferdeställe, die vermietet sind, und in der Nachbarschaft weiden Pferde. Die Insel Ærø ist für die guten Angelmöglichkeiten nach Meerforelle bekannt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt Sie nach Ærøskøbing, wo die Fähre anlegt. Hier gibt es ausserdem auch gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen gr. Freizeithafen und einen kinderfreundlichen Badestrand zu entdecken. Das Haus liegt an einer Strasse.

Wenn man durch Aerosköbing geht, fühlt man sich um 200 Jahre zurückversetzt, wie in einer Märchenstadt.
