Dieses schöne Appartement liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig, aber ruhig. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Lift und bietet alle modernen Einrichtungen zu einem günstigen Preis. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von dort aus sind Sie in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt und im Schloss Schönbrunn mit seinem bekannten Tierpark, dem ältesten Tierpark Europas. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Fahrradstand der Stadt Wien - hier können Sie Fahrräder für nur Euro 2,- pro Tag ausleihen und die ganze Stadt befahren. Das Parken des Autos ist nur in der nahen Parkgarage möglich, Kosten ca. 70,00 pro Woche bzw. 20,00 Euro pro Tag (Stand 2013). Billiger ist es, das Auto in den Randbezirken in einer der freien Zonen stehenzulassen und Wien mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war bequem zu erreichen, gleich um die Ecke und schräg gegenüber.
    Uns hat die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut gefallen. Schnell ist man dort hingekommen, wo man hinwollte.

    Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah und vielfältig. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hat uns gut gefallen - schnell waren wir dort, wo wir hinwollten.

    E' locato in una zona poco distante dal centro e da tutte la altre attrazioni della città, sulla strada parallela è possibile trovare un mercato molto caratteristico permanente, ed il mercatino delle pulci ogni sabato mattina. Anche l'ingresso della metropolitana si trova circa a 200 metri dall'appartamento. veramente molto ben servito anche da supermercati quali il despar proprio sotto casa eil billa. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

    Nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn entfernt, die Innenstadt ist schnell erreicht, günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in direkter Nähe.

    In geringem Umkreis sind Einkaufsmärkte verteilt, man kann problemlos zu Fuß einkaufen gehen. Die Lage wirklich gut, wenige Meter zur U-Bahn und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind dadurch schnell erreicht. Parkplätze sind Glücksache ;).

Payment conditions

Initial payment of 25% when booking, outstanding payment at least 42 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.

This holiday apartment can be paid by bank transfer, direct debit from a German bank account or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). From the 42nd day before arrival a payment is only possible via direct debit from a German bank account or credit card.

Cancellation costs

20% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 60th day before arrival
50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 36th day before arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the 35th day before arrival
