Payment conditions
Initial payment of 20% when booking, outstanding payment at least 30 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.
This holiday house can be paid by direct debit from a German bank account or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express). From the 14th day before arrival a payment is only possible via credit card.
Cancellation costs
10% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 61st day before arrival50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 35th day before arrival
80% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 2nd day before arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the day before arrival
