    Gute Lage, direkt am Strand, nicht weit zum Zentrum von Binz. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, ist im Grunde aber nur für zwei Personen geeignet (Durchgangszimmer). Wir waren mit zwei Kindern, es war nicht optimal. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt, alles andere hat gepasst.

    Die Ferienwohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht gut eingerichtet, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen, dass es keinen Internetanschluss gab...

    Lage war super, nicht weit zum Strand, Ausstattung gut, mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung na ja, es wurden Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger gefunden, ansonsten weiter zu empfehlen, Nachteil bei dem preis hätte Wäsche mit dabei sein sollen.

    Tolle und ruhige Lage, kurzer Weg zum Binzer Zentrum und direkt am Strand. Möblierung o.k. bis auf Balkon (nur Plastikstühle). Dekoration generell sehr wenig und schlicht, sehr freundlicher Service mit Brötchenlieferdienst!
    Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus.

    Super Lage und Aussicht. Innen sauber und Möblierung in Ordnung, nur durch den Schritt etwas dunkel. Könnte etwas zeitgemäßer und gemütlicher eingerichtet sein, ist aber auch nicht uralt.

Payment conditions

Initial payment of 25% when booking, outstanding payment at least 42 days before arrival. In respect to short term booking the payment will be due in one amount.

This holiday apartment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). From the 21st day before arrival a payment is only possible via credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).

Cancellation costs

25% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 46th day before arrival
50% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 36th day before arrival
80% of rental price if cancellation is made up until the 4th day before arrival
90% of the rental price if cancellation is made from the 3rd day before arrival
