Paradise in the Mediterranean Sea

The Mediterranean island around 200 kilometres west off the Italian mainland is regarded as a holiday paradise. Other exciting tourist attractions are the many limestone caves and grottos as well as the preserved structures of the Nuraghen culture who were indigenous to the island in pre-Christian times.

    Das Haus liegt zwar direkt am Strand, dieser ist aber nicht schön, da er vor allem als Hundeklo dient, schade! Für schöne Strände muss schon 15 min gefahren werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - sehr nahe und tip-top! Tolles Abfalltrennsystem beim Haus. Schade, dass sonst überall alles zugemüllt wird, unverständlich, dass so schandhaft mit der südsardinischen Schönheit umgegangen wird.

    Plaatsje waar het huis ligt is niet echt leuk om te wat te doen. Voor het bereiken van het "stenenstrand" moet een provinciale weg worden overgestoken. De weg zou max. 50 km/uur zijn maar dat blijkt nu niet wat de Sardijnen er zelf van vinden.. Gemiddeld rijdt men er rond de 80. Naast de weg is er geen voetpad en dus is het wel een avontuur om er over te steken met kleine kinderen.
    MAAR als men zelf een auto heeft dan zijn de mogelijkheden in de regio aanwezig. Alles zit binnen acceptabele afstand en er zijn diverse zandstranden, supermarkten en ook een mooie speeltuin voor de kids op 10 minuten rijden ( Sardijnse stijl..)

    Der Strand in Quartu war in Ordnung, aber in Monte Nai (ca. 40 Autominuten) war der Strand mit dem hellen sauberen Sand, die Wasserqualität, die Wasserfarbe und der Blick auf die Berge wie ein Traum. In Flumini und auch in Quartu konnten wir gut und preiswert Abendessen.

show more the opportunity to see the marvelous Cagliari with its 10km long beach (Poetto) and its ancient and lively and colorful city center (less than 20km). It will be possible to move across the city to the south western coast (Chia, Pula, Teulada), visit phoenician and roman ruins in Nora and one of the most important nuragic site in Sardinia in Barumini. Our village has a great position if you want to do all this but it's great even to those who are looking for a rest by big cities and don't want to bother with overcrowded beaches and their expensive car parkings, our small abd peaceful beach is just 300 m from the house. All the vilage inhabitants go there daily just on foot and there will be always a place for you and your parasol =)We re looking forward to meeting you!
