Vamos a la playa! – Holiday at Spain’s coasts

From the northern border with France down to the border with Portugal the areas of the Spanish Mediterranean coast string together: Costa Brava, Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol are just the most famous ones. Why don’t you take a look at the atraveo offers along the Costa Dorada, Costa del Azahar, Costa Calida or Costa Tropical. Spain offers everything you need for a great vacation at the seaside. Long beaches, kid’s playing at the beach under gloriously blue skies whilst the parents enjoy the time out from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity. A dip in the sea for cooling-off, an ice cream at the near-by kiosk or bathing in the sun on a comfy sun lounger.
Also the multi-faceted cultural life in Spain provides for entertainment. This does not only include the many interesting exhibitions and museums, such as the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao or the great museums in Valencia and Barcelona – but also party animals and night owls will get their money’s worth.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:***** Es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden in unmittelbarer Umgebung über Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Kleidergeschäfte, alles rund ums Baden. Gastronomie:**** Direkt im Haus ist ein Restaurant, Öffnungszeiten waren für uns mit Kleinkindern leider nicht ideal. Ansonsten ist nebenan auch im Gebäude durchgehend geöffnet eine Restaurant-Bar oder in naher Umgebung sind gute Restaurants vorhanden. Wir wurden stets freundlich empfangen und bedient, (kinderfreundlich) und wir haben gut gegessen. Sehenswürdigkeiten:**** 15 Minuten mit Bus in Tarragona, geschichtsträchtige Altstadt, lohnenswert zu sehen, gute Stadtpläne an diversen Infostellen. 15 Minuten mit Bus in Salou Hafen, grosser, günstiger Montags-Markt. Kinderfreundlichkeit:***** Der schöne Strand, ist auch für Kleinkinder geeignet, zumal man weit ins Meer auf feinem Sand hinauslaufen kann. Superfeiner Sand zum Sandburgen bauen. Wenige Meter von Gebäude und vom Meer entfernt ist ein cooler Spielplatz vorhanden. Aquapark, Minigolfanlage; auch Arzt in unmitterlbarer Nähe. Sport-und Freizietangebote:
    Das Einzige, was wir unternommen haben, ist joggen am Strand. Wegen den Kleinkindern haben wir uns auch nicht groß fürs Freizeitangebot interessiert, deshalb können wir auch nicht viel dazu schreiben. Pedalos sind wenige Meter am Strand vor dem Gebäude Richtung Salou zu mieten. Es gibt allerdings auch Fahrräder und andere kleine für die Strandpromenade geeignete Gefährte zu mieten. Viele Fischer sind abends zu sichten. Aquapark, Minigolfanlage vorhanden. Vergnügungspark in der Nähe.
    Für Partybegeisterte ist La Pineda nicht geeignet, da ist Salou empfehlenswert, da geht die Post ab.
