This 2 bedroom apartment is well sized (80 sq.m.) and located at the first floor, WITHOUT BALCONY.
When you get inside 'Il pettirosso' what will you strike is the stunning panorama that you will be able to enjoy from the kitchen and living room.
Wooden beams throughout and air-conditioning, the living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, thanks to the semi arches window frames, it will look like beeing on a terrace.
The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably, and has a TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is modern and basic, with oven, hob, fridge, sink and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals.
There are two bedrooms and one shower room. The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet.
