2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4-6 This 2 bedroom apartment is well sized (80 sq.m.) and located at the first floor. When you get inside 'Il pettirosso' what will you strike is the stunning panorama that you will be able to enjoy from the kitchen and living room. Wooden beams throughout and air-conditioning, the living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, thanks to the semi arches window frames, it will look like beeing on a balcony. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably, and has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is modern and basic, with oven, hob, fridge, sink and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are two bedrooms and one shower room. The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet. Bedroom 1: has a double bed Bedroom 2: has a bunk bed. Double sofabed in the living room The apartment has no balcony but there are private tables and chairs near the BBQ area for everyday use. 14 apartments share the pool in our residence Corte Ferrari. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments either with or without balcony. All apartments have an amazing lake view over vineyards and olive trees. Even the shared BBQ area has lake view! The town center is only 1 min walk and the beach and harbour 5 mins walk. The town of Moniga offers restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice parlours, pubs, supermarkets and all services necessary in small town. Boat, bike, scooter hire are available in walking distance.

 Super Ausstattung der Wohnung, genügend Platz für drei Personen. Für eine Belegung mit sechs Personen erscheint das Bad zu klein. Traumhafte Anlage. Schöner Pool, immer Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Einzige Mängel: Das Bett im Schlafzimmer eine Katastrophe, was Matraze/Lattenrost angeht. Toll: Der große Kleiderschrank. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
