In einem alten Villenviertel Bardolinos, ruhig und doch nur 250 m vom historischen Ortskern entfernt, lieget diese schöne Wohnungen in der ersten Etage eines neu errichteten Mehrfamilienhauses (Via Don). Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, im Keller steht den Gästen eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die großen Fenster reichen bis zum Boden der Wohnungen.

Im schönen Garten, der von allen Hausbewohnern gemeinsam genutzt wird, befindet sich ein großzügiger Swimmingpool (6 x 12 m, geöffnet vom 19.5. bis 17.9., Liegestühle sind vorhanden, es besteht Badekappenpflicht) sowie die Gelegenheit zum draußen Sitzen. An der nur 100 m entfernten Uferpromenade gibt es die Möglichkeit zum Baden im See. Ein Garagenstellplatz ist vorhanden. Geschäfte und Restaurants, Tennisplätze, Motorbootverleih und Minigolfanlage sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wohnung und Ausstattung absolut dem Preis angemessen und ok. Übergabe durch Hausmeister vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (deutsch sprechend). Lage im Ort ist sehr gut, Beschreibung entspricht den Katalogangaben.
