This semi-detached house (approx. 120 qm) is a private owned house within the holiday park De Banjaard.

GROUND FLOOR:
Open kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, sep. freezer, cooker with ceran, microwave, small oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and many more.
You will find various and a suffient number of cutlery and dishes.
Living room with a large wooden dining table for 8 persons. On the other side, a couch and armchairs. Colour TV. Stereo with CD.

FIRST FLOOR:
1 sleeping room with 2 beds (cannot be put together)

This house is privatly owned and appealingly furnished. It is a non-smoking house and will not be rent to groups of young persons.

The distance to the beach is about 400 m. You can reach the beach by a ramp leading ontop of the dune.

The park center you find: a restaurant with bar and snack bar, a supermarkt, laundromat, small indoor pool (extra) and a minigolf area. There are several playgrounds and tennis-courts (extra).

During holidays, the park offers a program for children.

Auf den ersten Blick, war das Haus toll. Sehr geräumig, Platz für 8 Personen. Sehr gemütlich. Leider kamen auf den zweiten Blick einige Mängel dazu. Das Sofa ist so niedrig, dass man nicht mehr rauskommt, der Boden der eigentlich sehr schön ist, hat große Lücken, so das Dinge darin verschwinden. Weiterhin gibt es im Kinderzimmer keine Deckenlampe und der Schrank ist von hinten total kaputt. Gefährlich, weil ein Kind mit dem Kopf dahin schläft. Die Sauberkeit lässt total zu wünschen übrig. Tote Mücken direkt an der Wohnzimmertür, Toilette dreckig, Staub auf den Lampen, Lampenkabel hängen aus der Wand.
Trotzdem haben wir eine schöne Woche Urlaub erlebt und würden auch wieder kommen, so fern die Mängel behoben werden. Der Ferienpark selber ist toll, vor allem der superschöne Strand.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Badematten im Badezimmer wären toll, sowie Gästehandtücher.

Die Kinderzimmerlampe ist im Dezember schon repariert worden. Bezgülich Schrank und Kabeln ist uns nichts aufgefallen, ist wohl schon repariert / verstaut worden.

Die Couch werden wir vermutlich noch 2012 austauschen, sie ist wirklich recht niedrig.

Wenn das Haus von Roompot schlecht gereinigt wird, muss man sich sofort an der Rezeption beschweren, dann wird nachgeputzt.

Badematten fände ich auch schön, aber sie würden von Roompot nicht gewaschen werden. Notfalls müsste man sich halt mit Handtüchern behelfen.
