Wohnung im Ferienhaus am Ossiachersee (4-6 Personen)- auch im Winter

Das Ferienhaus steht direkt am See (ca. 400 m2 Grund) mit Badesteg und kleinem Ruderboot. Es liegt aber auch direkt am Fuße des Schigebietes Gerlitzen und ist daher auch für einen Schiurlaub ideal. Das Schigebiet ist leicht über eine Straße oder mit dem Lift vom Tal vom Tal aus zu erreichen.
Ca. 90 m2 Wohnfläche (im 1. und 2. Stockwerk) mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem geräumigen Wohnraum mit Küche (Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mirkowelle), Bad (mit kleiner Waschmaschine), WC, Balkon mit Blick über den See. Balkon- und Gartenmöbel stehen zur Verfügung.

Umgebung:
Das Haus befindet sich an der Nordseite des Ossiachersees zwischen den Orten Sattendorf und Bodensdorf, ca. 1 km von Bodensdorf entfernt; 1 km bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, Tennisplätze, Restaurants. Das Haus liegt direkt am Radweg, der um den See führt und ca. 5 km von der Seilbahn auf die Gerlitze entfernt (schönes Schi- und Wandergebiet). Wasserschi- und Segelschulen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Anreise: von der Autobahn A10, Abfahrt Treffen – Ossiachersee, sind es noch ca. 6 km bis zum Haus.

Lage des auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück stehenden Hauses direkt am See ist ein Traum. Schöner Steg, gepflegtes Grundstück, traumhafter Balkon. Im Haus Einrichtung nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sehr sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden. Die sehr netten Vermieter, sind noch die Krönung des Ganzen.
