14 apartments share the pool in our residence Corte Ferrari.
We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments either with or without balcony.
All apartments have an amazing lake view over vineyards and olive trees.
Even the shared BBQ area has lake view!

The town center is only 1 min walk and the beach and harbour 5 mins walk.
The town of Moniga offers restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice parlours, pubs, supermarkets and all services necessary in small town.

Boat, bike, scooter hire are available in walking distance.

This 2 bedroom apartment is well sized (80m2), located at the ground floor/mezzanine. Modern furnishings, TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Wooden beams throughout and air-conditioning. There is sofa and a sofabed, table and chairs (and another set on the balcony for eating outside),

In der Küche leider schmutziges Geschirr. Sonst alles in Ordnung.
Am Pool zur Badezeit zu wenig Liegen, außerdem wirkten die vorhandenen sehr schmuddelig. Schön wären auf den sehr großzügigen Balkons noch 2 Liegen.
Haus ist sehr hellhörig, aber die traumhafte Lage macht vieles wieder gut.
Wohnung Nr.2 war sehr schön. Gut auch der große Garten mit Wein und Oliven, gingen viel mit dem Hund dort spazieren. Schade nur, dass wir anscheinend die einzigen waren, die für die Hinterlasenschaften ihres Hundes eine Tüte mitnahmen.
