Die Ferienwohnung (2003 gebaut) hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit für ein Kind (Kinderbett), Klimaanlage, Heizung.
Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Canyamel, einem kleinen, malerischen und kinderfreundlichen Ort an der Nord-Ostküste Mallorcas mit schöner Badebucht und nahem Flüsschen.
Gute Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golf, Tennis (um die Ecke), Radfahren, Wandern, Tropfsteinhöhlen, mittelalterlicher Wehrturm mit rustikalem Restaurant.
5 Gehminuten zum Strand.

Zur Wohnung gehören 2 große Terrassen (Ost- und Westlage), ein traumhaft schöner Garten (rundum eingezäunt) mit Blick auf unverbaute Natur, Gartenmöbel und zwei Liegen.

Schöne große FeWo, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Pool, kleiner Kiosk für alles Notwendige in der Anlage, gur sortirter Supermarkt direkt vor der Anlage.
