App. La Vista mit atemberaubenden Blick zum Meer. Sie schauen über das Dorf Villa de Arico, Felder und Weinstöcke aufs Meer, im Rücken die Berge. Das App. ist freundlich, hell und farbenfroh gestaltet. Es hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 m². Sie schlafen in einem abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie im Wohnschlafraum auf einem Schlafsofa mit einer Liegefläche von 140 x 200. Schon am Frühstückstisch bietet sich ein herrlicher Rundumblick über den Ort bis hin zum Meer. Der große Wohnraum mit Kamin bietet ein gemütliches Ambiente. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen. Im Bad sind Hand- und Duschtücher reichlich vorhanden, Strandtücher sind beschränkt vorhanden, daher sollten Sie Mehrbedarf bitte mitbringen. Einstellmöglichkeiten für mitgebrachte Räder sind reichlich vorhanden (Keller-Garage), ansonsten nutzen Sie die vorhandenen Mountainbikes. Raucher bitten wir, auf dem Balkon bzw. der Terrasse zu rauchen. Herzlichen Dank.
