Haus:
Das 5-geschossige Apartmenthaus befindet sich in zentraler Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone (Friedrichstraße) im Herzen von Westerland. Es verfügt über einen Aufzug, ein Parkdeck und einen Fahrradraum. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein italienisches Restaurant. Weitere Geschäfte sind direkt vor der Haustür bzw. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg.

Einrichtung:
Die helle, gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung "Wilhelmine" befindet sich in der 3. Etage und wurde erst im November 2007 komplett renoviert und neu möbliert.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum mit bequemen, getrennt ausklappbaren Schrankbetten, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit Sofa und Sessel, Kabel-TV, Radio-CD, Essecke für zwei Personen, Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Ceranfeld und allen notwendigen Küchengeräten wie Eierkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche und WC.
Die komplette Wohnung ist allergikerfreundlich mit Laminat ausgelegt.

Extras:
Zur Wohnung "Wilhelmine" gehören zwei Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Benutzung auf eigene Gefahr und eigenes Risiko. Außerdem gibt es einen Stellplatz für Ihr Fahrzeug auf dem hauseigenen Parkdeck.

Sorry:
Die Ferienwohnung "Wilhelmine" ist eine absolute Nichtraucherwohnung und Haustiere sind leider auch nicht erlaubt.

Nettes kleines 1-Zimmer-Ferienappartment, kleine Küchenzeile, Sofa, 2 große Schrankbetten, kleines Bad mit Dusche. Großes Fenster, sehr hell, mit Blick zum Bahnhof. Schön ruhig, direkt in Bahnhofsnähe am Anfang der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Alles drin was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe und Abrechnung total unkompliziert.
