Der Fuchsbau verfügt über 2 wunderschöne Wohnungen, beide mit separatem Eingang. Hinter dem Fuchsbau liegt die Holzschütte mit dem Kaminholzvorrat. Der Vorgarten des Fuchsbaus ist ansprechend angelegt. Die Liegewiese und Grillhütte des benachbarten Landhauses können mitgenutzt werden.
Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich eine Wiese, die zum Erholen und für die Kinder zum Spielen und Toben einlädt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss des Fuchsbaus, ein sympathisches Holzhäuschen im Landhausstil. Sie verfügt auf 60 qm über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, eine offene, vollständig ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Couchgarnitur, TV, DVD, CD, Radio und Kamin, ein möblierter Balkon sowie ein Duschbad.
Der Wohnungszugang direkt vom Garten ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich auf dem Grundstück direkt vor dem Haus.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung, aber das Sofa war voller Tierharre und der Fußboden knarrt. Sonst OK.
