Am nördlichen Ortsende von Barbati, in Hanglage unterhalb der gleichnamigen Taverne "Spyros", mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer gelegen. Ortszentrum Barbati ca. 300 m, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 100 m. Korfu-Stadt ca. 15 km. Nur wenige Schritte über Stufen zum Glyfa-Strand.

Die Schlafzimmer, die Küche und das Bad haben keine Fenster, so dass es im Sommer etwas stickig sein kann. Die Küche ist nur sehr dürfig ausgestattet. Dafür bieten das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon mit den großen Schiebetüren aus Glas eine Großartige Aussicht auf die Küste.

Der charmante Kiesstrand vor dem Haus ist sehr sauber und nicht überfüllt, da der Zugang nur einigen Häusern an der Küste vorbehalten ist. Mit der Ferienwohnung bekamen wir einen Schlüssel für ein Tor, das zum Strand führt.
