Only 500 metres from the North Sea beaches, and on the outskirts of the renowned resort Renesse lies our 5-star villa resort De Soeten Haert. The surrounding area with its beautiful, broad beaches and dunes, great views, woods and water offers all the beach- and water fun one could ask for. Surfing, sailing, diving, fishing, swimming; theres just not enough time ! The resort also is the ideal base for people who love walking and cycling. The facilities in the central building make sure that your stay wont lack a thing. The reception reserves the right to obtain a further deposit of 50 Euros /per person for other groups. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower/toilet, extra toilet, storage space. First floor: two bedrooms with handbasin Standard for 6 persons. Most of the bungalows have boxpring beds. Some bungalows however only offer boxpring beds on the first floor. In this case, you will find regular beds on the ground floor. Ferienanlage ist okay. Das Haus wies einige Mängel auf: Bodenfliesen im Flur kaputt, Schimmel an Decke im Bad, Mikrowellenherd funktionierte nur teilweise, Geschirr war auch nicht vollständig und trotz Meldung kam kein Ersatz. Über die Freundlichkeit der Servicemitarbeiter können wir uns nur positiv äußern. Trotz Allem werden wir uns überlegen, nochmals zu buchen. Wir hoffen, daß die Kritik ankommt und sich etwas ändert.

In many periods of the off season there are discounts for families with small children and senior citizens. For the Young Family discount please state the date of birth of the youngest child with your booking. Your youngest child has to be four years or younger at the time of stay. For the 50 over discount it is required that one of the guests has to be 50 years or older. Please when booking the property state the date of birth and provide us with the ID or passport number. It could be that you are required to provide proof on arrival.
