Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, TV, connexion internet, et bien sûr les équipements sanitaires comme il faut. La rue est peut-être un peu bruyante la journée, mais passé 20 heures elle est suffisamment calme pour y passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le quartier : commerces, supermarchés, restaurant, parking etc. L'endroit est également bien desservi par les transports en communs.
