Chateau de Chemeray
Pets are not allowed.Detached The 'Château de Chémeray', from the 15th and 19th century, in the French region Centre is built on a hill and has a broad view over the river Creuse. This cosy house, between a green surrounding, in the middle of a park of 10ha, completely enclosed and sheltered, has much to offer for a wonderful family holiday. The property with the private swimming pool is fully enclosed and therefore a safe place for children. The swimming pool consist of two different parts, one part (12 x 5). There is even a playground for children (with table tennis a swing, slide, etc.). The 'Château de Chémeray' is situated in the nature park 'la Brenne', an unripe area (thousand lakes land) where water, earth and heaven overflows into each other, therefore it guarantees a wonderful hike! It is also a great starting point for various cultural trips, such as to the castles along the Loire(Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Chenonceaux, Valençay, Villandry), or Poitiers (Futuroscope)1 hour. The tenniscourt (in the village) is located at ca. 5-10min. from the house. Bedrooms are non smoking----------------------------------- The heated swimming pool is open from May to September. Heating of the house(500 m)(upon request)costs 15 - 70 per night of rental, depending of the period of the year. Non smoking

We hebben hier mat 25 man (18 volwassenen, 7 kinderen) een week lang gezeten - en werkelijk schitterende vakantie gehad. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig om er een prachtige vakantie van te maken: zwembad (geen tweede pierebadje, zoals in de beschrijving staat), volleybalveldje, ping pong tafel, petanque baan, trampoline, tennisveld, wii, schitterende wandelingen, uitstapjes, een uur rijden van uitermate lekkere wijn. Ge kunt er alles samen doen terwijl het kasteel ruim genoeg is voor iedereen z'n nodige privacy te geven. Doe op tijd de ramen dicht anders wordt je wakker in een batman film! :-)
