Die wunderschöne großzügige Villa ‚Bahia‘ mit etwa 340qm umbautem Wohnraum, welche sich über zwei Etagen verteilt, liegt direkt (ca. 200m Luftlinie) vom paradiesischen Sandstrand entfernt und wurde im August 2008 frisch renoviert.

Von dem Garten, der mit tropischen Pflanzen liebevoll angelegt ist, gelangt man in den Wohnbereich, der sich in Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche aufteilt, alles umrahmt von einer umlaufenden Terrasse. Der Natursteinpool ist 10x6 Meter groß und lädt Tag sowie nachts zum Schwimmen ein.

Der Patio mit gemauerter Grillstelle sowie Bar sorgen für gemütliches Zusammensein und die richtige Urlaubsstimmung.

In der oberen Etage befinden sich 5 Schlafzimmer sowie 3 Bäder. Alle Schlafzimmer sind voll klimatisiert. Die umlaufende Dachterrasse bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den Palmenstrand.

Die Villa ist von außen nicht einsehbar, komplett gesichert und hat einen 24 Stunden Wachdienst. Wäsche-Reinigungsservice, sowie Poolreinigung etc. sind enthalten.
