The nicely furnished apartment, about 175m above sea level, is located on a private estate near San Andrés, a small fishing village, about 8 km northeast of the capital, Santa Cruz.
Pets are not allowed.The property with 3 apartments (2 to rent it) is very quiet and rural location, yet not far away (2km) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The well-maintained and popular sandy beach of Playa Las Teresitas to donate an artificial beach with yellow sand from the Sahara, as well as palms and trees to provide shade. San Andres is very popular with holidaymakers, but there are very few apartments and no hotels. At the same San Andrés is an ideal starting point to the surrounding areas for walking in the Anaga mountains and over the mountains to Taganana. San Andrés is still very original. The inhabitants live mainly from fishing, so there is here a very good fish restaurants. The apartment for 4 people has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, satellite TV and dining table for 4. From here you get directly to the furnished terrace with communal pool (11,5 m x 5m), inviting you to sunbathe and relax and from where there are wonderful views of the mountains. In the modern kitchen has all appliances and cooking utensils you need on holiday: refrigerator-freezer, oven, ceramic hob with 4 hot plates, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, dishes, pots, etc. One of the bedrooms has two single beds (0,90 m x 2m), the other a single bed (0,90 m x 2m). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels, bath towels. Outside there is a communal room with washing machine, dryer, and separate shower and separate toilet. Sehr nette Wohnung, etwas außerhalb von San Andrés. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand, ruhig, Vermieter spanischsprachig, super nett. Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, ein paar Gabeln mehr wären vielleicht nicht schlecht. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern da, da das Sofa ausgeklappt Platz für 2 Personen bietet, war das kein Problem. Abends hat man manchmal Besuch von ein paar kleinen Geckos.
