Das schöne Ferienhaus HAFENBLICK in Peenemünde wurde im Jahr 2011 fertiggestellt und liegt nah am Peenemünder Seglerhafen, etwas abseits der Straße in 2. Reihe auf einem schönen, eigenen Grundstück.Es befinden sich 2 Ferienwohnungen in dem Ferienhaus. Eine Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse, eine weitere Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, und hat einen schönen, sonnigen Balkon. In jeder Wohnung ist Platz für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung im EG. ist ideal für 2 Erw. (1 Schlafzimmer) und 2 Kinder (1 kl. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett), in der Wohnung im OG. ist Platz für 2 Erw. ( 1 Schlafzimmer) und 2 Pers. (Wohnzimmer Schlafcouch) sowie 1 Kleinkind (Babybett) Die Ausstattung jeder Wohnung im Haus ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Im Wohnzimmer gehen der Essbereich und der Wohnbereich fließend ineinander über. Die Wohnzimmercouch kann in der oberen Wohnung als Schlafsofa für die 3. und 4. Person genutzt werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 8 Personen (Belegung wie vor beschrieben) zur alleinigen Nutzung zu mieten. Weiterhin haben alle Räume Fenster, sodass es im Haus hell und freundlich ist. Von der Terrasse bzw. Balkon ist der Peenestrom zu sehen. Das Ferienhaus in Peenemünde in der Nähe des Peenemünder Hafens liegt in einem neu entstehenden Feriengebiet, daher kann es zeitweise zu unvorhergesehenen Lärmbelästigungen durch mehr oder weniger anfallenden Arbeiten an weiteren Häusern kommen. Ein Autostellplatz für jede Wohnung stehen zur Verfügung. Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Ferienhaus. Sie werden sich in den Wohnungen dieses Hauses wohlfühlen, sodass der Aufenthalt vom ersten Tag an Erholung pur ist. 2-Raum-Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer,
1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.
Im Schlafzimmer ist Platz für mindestens 1 Kleinkind, das noch im Babybett schläft.

Die Wohnung empfehlen wir für 3 Personen, (davon 1 Kleinkind), sie verfügt jedoch über eine Schlafcouch, wodurch die Belegung um 1-2 Personen, gegen Gebühr, aufgestockt werden kann.
