    Man hat am/im Ferienhaus viel Ruhe, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, völlig abgelegen zu wohnen. Der Mälaren ist in wenigen hundert Metern erreichbar und mit einem großen Steg ausgestattet.

    In Strängnäs (ca. 8 km entfernt) bekommt man alles, was nötig ist. Gebiet ist ideal für Wanderungen. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man "auf dem Land" Urlaub verbringt.

    Der nahegelegene Ort Stallarholmen bietet alles für den täglichen kleinen Einkauf, für größere Anschaffungen und touristische Attraktionen braucht man auch nicht sehr weit zu fahren, da rund um den Mälarsee unendlich viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden sind.
