These are ten modern holiday apartments with an exclusive Pop Art design and comfortable furnishing, in two adjacent apartment buildings in Berlin Friedrichshafen, very close to the East Side Gallery and the Spree.

There are apartments on the ground floor, the first floor, the fourth floor and sixth floor of the front house, in the side wing and in the rear house. The two houses have a lift, taking you conveniently to your apartment. Therefore you only need to go up a few steps to the apartment. Each apartment has at least one bedroom with a double bed, as well as pull-out sofa beds in the other rooms. All the apartments are very well-maintained and allow an independent stay with a private bathroom, a comfortable living room and cooking facilities. While apartments atraveo nos. 1006345 and 1006348 provide 50m² of living space for up to four people, apartment no. 1005236 can welcome up to eight guests and no. 1006326 can accommodate up to six guests within 65m² of living space. Apartments nos. 1005235, 1005240 , 1005298 and 1006346 measure 70m² to 75m² and are suitable for six to eight people. Apartment no. 1006330 measures up to 95m² and welcomes up to eight people. The largest apartment is the penthouse no. 1006318 for up to 14 guests, with a generous balcony terrace and 155m² of living space.

The apartments in the front house (atraveo no. 1005236, first floor, 65m²), atraveo no. 1005240 (first floor, 75m²) and 1005298 (fourth floor, 70m²) each have a balcony.

The apartments are near the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge, just 100 metres away. There is a Lidl supermarket just 150 metres away. There is a special bus stop 50 metres away for sightseeing and the jetty for boats on the Spree is 600 metres away. There are cafés and restaurants within 50 to 300 metres. The location is also to be recommended for discovering Berlin nightlife. It is in the midst of the biggest party district in Europe with many famous clubs, discos, bars and the O2 World. There are ideal transport connections. It is 200 metres to the underground station with a direct connection to Kreuzberg, the Kurfürstendamm and KaDeWe. There is an S-Bahn stop 300 metres away, with a connection to Alexanderplatz with the TV tower, Tiergarten, Brandenburger Tor, Sony Centre, administrative district, Friedrichstrasse. The bus stops right in front of the door and is connected to the Ostbahnhof long-distance train station and Ostkreuz. There is a tram 100 metres away, with connections to Prenzlauer Berg with the Mauerpark. There is also a bicycle hire service in the neighbourhood.


Holiday apartment with a double bedroom, a living, dining and sleeping room, a shower room and an open kitchen

This holiday apartment is in the house on the right, is on the first floor of the very light and quiet rear house, and provides 65m² of living space.

The stairwell leads up to your holiday apartment with a bedroom and a walk-through kitchen to the living, dining and sleeping room, as well as to the shower room. You step through the front door straight ahead into the bedroom with a French double bed with one large mattress (140 x 200cm), bedside tables on either side and a dresser. To the left of the apartment entrance there is the open walk-through kitchen. The second room is very spacious, with two sofa beds that can be pulled out as beds measuring 160 x 200cm and can therefore accommodate four further guests. You can relax here together after a day trip with the flatscreen TV, which can also be used for free Internet access, providing entertainment in the evening. A mini stereo system with a CD, USB and radio function, as well as a docking station for Apple hardware (up to 4th generation iPad, iPod and iPhone) will provide a musical backdrop to your stay. Up to six people can dine together at the dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a two-ring ceramic hob with a cooker hood, a toaster, a kettle, an espresso machine and a milk frother, for convenient self-catering. The bathroom ha a glass shower cubicle, a WC, a washbasin, a hairdryer and towel radiator. There is free wireless Internet access and all the rooms have a radiator.
