Comfortable maisonette apartment with a large roof terrace and a balcony just minutes from the beach

This spacious maisonette apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the beach in Arinaga.

The top floor offers three bedrooms furnished with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), a double bed (135 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 180 cm). There are two modern bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and all necessary cooking utensils. The living/dining room is air conditioned and comfortably furnished with a large sofa bed (140 x 180 cm), a flat screen television with a DVD player and a cosy breakfast nook. A utility room with a washing machine and a dryer next is available for your convenience.

The house has a balcony and a large roof terrace with sun loungers, from where you can enjoy beautiful views. Public car parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Two cribs and a high chair are available free of charge. The house boasts wireless internet access free of charge.

The quietly located property is just a few minutes from Arinaga beach, where you can partake in aquatic sports. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and a pool are all accessible on foot. It is just a few minutes to public transport and only seven kilometres to the airport.
