This 100 m², two storey holiday flat is located on the ground and first floor of a five storey building. It boasts a bright living/dining room with a fully loaded kitchen, three bedrooms, two elegant bathrooms and a separate toilet. The living room can be found on the ground floor and is furnished with two black cosy leather sofa, a flat screen television with a DVD player and a glass dining table and eight chairs. The white kitchen offers a dishwasher, a ceran induction stove with an exhaust hood, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. A wide staircase leads to the top floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with a 90 x 190 cm bunk bed. The living room sofa beds can accommodate two additional guests. One of the brightly tiled bathroom boasts a shower tub, the second bathrooms boasts a shower with a rain shower head.
