Villa La Jamisa is a private little complex with a sea view, situated on the edge of Mijas, on a quiet private road, in the midst of a 3000m² garden plot with several sunny and relaxing terraces. The locality with its white houses, restaurants, bodegas, shops, pharmacies, a market, a museum, a bus station and everything you need is about a three-minute walk away. You can choose between guest rooms, suites, maisonette apartments and apartments. All of them provide satellite TV and their own bathroom with a hairdryer. You can look forward to a sauna, outdoor pool and free wireless Internet access. There are a holiday library and a pleasant bodega with great wines.

These apartments in a maisonette style have two floors connected by a spiral staircase. They afford a special sea view, even from the bed. The access from the garden, with a terrace and pergola, ensures a private atmosphere. The lower part of the apartment has a living room with satellite TV and a fully-equipped kitchen, while the upper floor comprises a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower that has massage jets. Mijas Pueblo is about 20 minutes by car from Malaga airport, in an exceptional location at an airy altitude (420 m above sea level), with an extensive view over mountains, green valleys and the sea. Already inhabited by the Romans, Mijas Pueblo is almost like a museum today, as a carefully preserved little town in a classical Spanish style, without concrete buildings. It is a popular trip destination with a beautiful old town, a pedestrian zone and the only oval bullfighting arena in Spain. Leisure activities include golf, tennis, riding and 10 minutes from Mijas Pueblo there is the only horseracing course in southern Spain. During the summer months horse races take place at night and the Spaniards make a real folk festival out of it, which is worth seeing. Of course you can also enjoy water sports such as swimming, sailing, surfing etc and you can go high sea fishing, on boat tours, enjoy fitness, climbing, cycling, sightseeing, hiking, shopping and so on. It is an ideal starting point for day trips and tours to Granada/Alhambra, Ronda, Cordoba, Tarifa etc. The owners can provide further recommendations.

    “The apartment complex's location was quite nice. Very nice view of the mountains and the sea, beautiful terraces and nice plants and beautiful flowers, a nice pool. You must have a good condition because it is quite a climb to reach the address. The owner is very friendly and helpful. For example, arranged for us to rent a car from a reputable car rental in Fuengirola. And emailed Drives. We picked up and taken away at a reasonable price, to the airport.
    The cottage where we sat was between two other houses in. It was very noisy. There is a narrow iron spiral staircase, which you can hear every sound from the neighbors. Furthermore, small and simply furnished. The shower did not drain well, not very clean. However, a good bed.”
