The house is distributed on two levels, on the ground floor you have the living-dining room area with chimney and 50 inch Plasma TV with satellite. Independent kitchen fully equipped. On this floor there is three of the four bedrooms, one with double bed of 1,50 meters and a en suite bathroom with shower and the other two bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathoom with Jacuzzi.

On the first floor there is a very spacious living room with fantastic views to be used as a relax area or to read. Also a bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.

The house has got full air conditioning , central heating and WIFI.

At the exterior of the house there are terraces , an exterior bathroom, private pool with salty water of 10 X 15 meters surrounded by grass, outside shower, barbecue and gardens.

The property is fenced and situated in a very quiet area with a private asphalted road. Only 3 Km. from Sencelles or Binissalem and 500 meters from Binigual.

The village of Biniagual is a "llogaret" of the eighteenth century, in the mid-twentieth century the place was in ruins, the actual owner restored it and is now a small village with six houses and dedicated to viticulture, wineries Biniagual where you can taste wine.

n Binissalem at 3 km, you have restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and everything you need and also if you like wine you can visit the wine cellars.And in September it's the annual grape harvest festival "Sa Festa de Es Vermar"coinciding that the town is filled with color, joy and many visitors.

Only a 30 minute drive to the Sandy beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa.

The only disturbing (but a known problem in Mallorca) was the quite busy flight operations.     “This finca has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. And if times a towel or something else is needed, briefly called the organizer and Zack an hour later the landlord came and brought us towels. The landlords are totally nice but speak no German. The property and the finca are very well maintained, it comes every 2-3 days someone the the flowers pours and the garbage. The beds were big enough and comfortable. The pool is huge and can accommodate 8 people. It is centrally located in the country and within 15 min Aldi, Lidl and Spanish supermarkets go shopping. Otherwise you go about 30-45 min to the beaches. Inca is about 15 minutes by car, numerous restaurants are available.
