The rugged countryside in this part of the Apennine Mountains is indescribably beautiful. At 650 metres above sea-level, there's a retreat where your mind can totally relax; and all 100% "Made in Italy". Pennabilli is located in the Val Marecchia (Marecchia Valley), named after the river flowing through it. The river Marecchia runs all the way to the city of Rimini, from its source 1003 metres up, about 20 km from Pennabilli.

The valley of Marecchia is surrounded by the regions of Marche, Tuscany and Romagna. Historically speaking, it’s the cornerstone of the Montefeltro-area and its traditions are diligently maintained. The countryside is simply breathtaking and abundant with various species of wild animals and plants, most of which are protected.

Pennabilli lies geographically and culturally on the border with three regions. Hence, the local gastronomy offers a great variety of tastes from these very different nearby regions.

A 2-room apartment of 45 square metres, on the ground floor, with a beautiful veranda and a small garden facing the green Tuscan valley. Ideal for a couple or small family of 2-4 persons. Two separate entrances from the veranda. A spacious living-room / kitchen and a double bedroom. There’s a comfortable double sofa bed in the In the living-room, and a toddler’s bed is available by request. To prepare food, you’ll find a 4-ring hob, fridge and all the necessary cutlery, crockery , glassware, and cooking utensils. Just ask for any other small kitchen appliances you might need.. A lovely mosaic-decorated bathroom of 5 square metres with shower, toilet and bidet.
All materials used are high-quality and the aim of the owners has been to be as environmentally friendly as possible both in interior and in exterior design.

For cycle fans the owners have a variety of models to offer; from mountain bikes to sport or racing bikes. Feel free to ask!

Athletes will find their bohneur cycling, hiking, horseback riding!
The surroundings are just as interesting, as much from the point of view of the panoramas as from the cultural point of view, do not miss the markets, pennabili, novafeltria ...
The sea is not very far, the roads are very pleasant.
    Unbeatable value for money!
In short, to recommend! An unforgettable stay.” The customer review has been automatically translated from French. Back to the original language

“Stay in fully furnished apartment / cottage in the vicinity of a small village in the hinterland of Rimini. Excellent and well-kept accommodation in an authentically renovated accommodation and - even for Dutch standards - pleasantly clean. The cleaning is done by the Finnish owner herself, who speaks excellent English.
The view is unique, the immediate surroundings are rural and very quiet.
In the country of Montefeltro's and Malatesta's there is much to visit and discover: beautiful, serene nature and, besides more famous places like Rimini and San Sepulchro, enchanting medieval villages such as San Leo and Sant'Agata Feltria with one of the oldest theaters in Italy.
The very friendly, hospitable owner is extremely helpful (without being intrusive) when giving tips for special (also culinary) trips to places that you would never discover as a non-Italian.
More than one stay worth!” The customer review has been automatically translated from Dutch. Back to the original language
