Air conditioned house in a Provencal town with a garden and a community pool

This house, built in 1994, is located in Lauris, a Provencal town at the heart of the Sub-Luberon, only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. There are two adjacent holiday homes with no direct neighbours, with a private, south facing, garden facing patio, located on an enclosed property with an electric gate. The houses are ideal for nature lovers. Discover Provence - the sun, the beautiful nature and the many activities. We recommend a visit to Aix en Provence (35 km), Avignon (55 km) and Marseille (65 km).

Holiday house 2 was renovated in 2012 and is equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling). On the mezzanine is an additional double bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two, a television, a dining nook and a kitchen with a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, hood, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom boasts a shower and a toilet. Outside you will find a communally used barbecue and outdoor furniture. The 6 x 9 m pool is communally used by both properties and the owner; it is secured with an alarm system. A parking space is available. A washing machine is at your disposal.

    “Kitchen is very spartan. The air conditioning use is for the hot attic, on the bed is practically nothing. On the windows with no screens are attached, which was not so great because of the many mosquitoes. The chairs on the terrace are made of metal. Seat cushions were not offered to us. On the current image a dishwasher can be seen (also in the detailed description it is mentioned). Meanwhile at this point but a washing machine. Dishwasher there are no more. Advantage of the property is that it is newly renovated and therefore very clean and tidy.”
