Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Hanglage mit herrlichem Bergpanorama. Wandern und Kultur, Sport und Entspannung werden hier großgeschrieben. Das Schloss Moosham - welches Sie vom Balkon aus sehen - gehört zum Weltkulturerbe. Das Skigebiet Aineck Katschberg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Winter genießen Sie herrliche Schneewanderungen, Skiausflüge und Pferdeschlitten-Fahrten. Auch Langlaufloipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Sommer locken die schönsten Wanderwege und Sportarten wie Radfahren, Paragliden, Wildwasser-Raften etc.
