Charming villa located in the heart of Baix Penedès, which is the door to the Golden Coast (Costa Dorada)

The house is equipped in a simple and pleasant way, and offers all amenities for a pleasant holiday. The house has a large covered veranda, summer kitchen with gas stove and barbecue and a garden of 400 m2 where the family can enjoy unforgettable evenings.

The house is about 183 m2, divided into two floors with plenty of light.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, two singles and two doubles, one with a suite bathroom, a large terrace with stunning views and one more bathroom.

The ground floor contains a living room with an open fireplace, sofa bed and exit to the veranda, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room.
The house has a large porch, summer kitchen with a barbecue and a garden of 400 m2 with good and very comfortable furniture.
In total there are 8 people and the house is fully furnished.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area wich is well communicated by the roads C-32 and AP-7, which allows you to easily get to Barcelona , Tarragona, Sitges and the famous theme park Port Aventura. There are golf courses very nearby(within 1 Km) and also a water park (Leon Aqua Safari) to the joy of the younger family members. In Baix Penedes are many wineries that engaged in the production of wine and cava which can be visited.

Vendrell and Calafell offers a variety of recreational activities, sports and a good and diversified gastronomy. This area is known for its beautiful and calm beaches and offers on family holidays.

Even families with children are welcome! Baby cots are available.

    “The house is close to a major ring road, but it is not yet too loud. House and garden are carefully maintained, very clean and tidy. Particularly 2 relatively new bathrooms are inviting. Overall, the kitchen equipment in order, clean and tidy is granted. All devices function properly. It lacks larger cups and pans are unfortunately unusable (very scratched, therefore harmful). We have both cups and 2 pans purchased for use and then taken home. Towels and sheets to change are sufficiently available. The internet works anywhere in the house. German channels, there are not, but on the Internet and with your own laptop TV is possible. The owner is always to reach the internet and very friendly and helpful with problems.

    A supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. It is also open on Sundays (sold then but no fresh bread). Otherwise, it is sorted properly.
