Villas by the sea, surrounded by a large garden

The area with the two villas is located in La Conia, less than 2 km from Cannigione, and situated directly by the sea.

The property includes two villas, both on the same plot of land and about 30m apart. One of the villas is completely at the guests' disposal, while the other is divided into two halves - one of which is inhabited by the owners. There is a laundry room in a small adjacent building that can be shared by all the guests.

The villas are surrounded by a large, peaceful garden, which directly faces the sea and where pets can be kept. There are also parking spaces on the property.

There is direct access to the beach, making this place ideal for families with children.

La Conia is a district of Cannigione, which can be reached by walking along the beach promenade. Only a few steps from the beach in La Conia is a small tourist harbour, a sailing school, canoe and pedal boat hire, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The holiday apartment is about 55m² in size, completely refurbished in 2016, and situated in a semi-detached house. It is on the raised ground floor and spread across one level. A stairway leads via the verandah to the house entrance. The apartment comprises of four rooms that are furnished with wood furniture: A living room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms. In the living room, there is a table with chairs for six people, a sideboard with kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery and pans), a further sideboard for food, a sofa bed for two people as well as a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, a small oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, whilst the bathroom offers a shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, bedside cabinet and a small wardrobe.

In front of the apartment is a terrace with table and chairs, where you can have meals. Furthermore there is an outdoor shower and barbecue for private use.

But the technician told us that every refrigerator needs time to cool drinks, especially if it is full and if it is continually opened, no fridge will cool in a few minutes. In fact, the fridge has cooled well, and with proper use it works well, as our guests before and after you said to us.

    Garden furniture: we change periodically the old ones (table, chairs, sunbeds) and replace them with new ones. But it's enough a few months in the strong sun, wind and sea salt to make them appear older than they are.     Hammock: we have never specified an hammock included in the house's furnishings. This year in Italy was a very dry summer, it has not rained for many months, and public administrations have forbidden to waste water for irrigation.     Ants: in a garden it is normal to have ants, which usually do not enter in the house, but you have often left on the steps of the apartment some food remains (ie open jars of yogurt), this attracts the ants up inside the house, as they feel from afar the smells. The solution is just keep the house clean to prevent the ants from coming home.

    Air-conditioning: The apartment is small in size, air conditioning is present in the larger rooms, living room and bedroom, just keep the doors open it's enough to refresh also the other small rooms.
