Holiday apartment “Côté Village“ for six people in Normandy on an extensive green site, about 800 metres from the beach

There are two identical terraced houses between Saint Valery en Caux and Dieppe on the Alabaster Coast. They are at the heart of the village, in quiet and green surroundings. It is a five-minute walk along the GR21 hiking trail to the sea. They face south and are on a charming site of around 3000m², which is not fenced and is for the use of both apartments, but there is a hedge in between. The thermal insulation and sound proofing has been improved. Each property is for six people, including children. Additional people are not accepted.

The situation, layout and equipment of each apartment are identical. The apartment has 120m² of living space and the outdoor area is shared. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to the 57m² living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and bookshelves. The kitchen is on the same level, without a separating door, and is equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is also a bedroom (13m²) with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and wall cupboard. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin and the WC is separate. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 190cm). Both have a dresser and a bedside table.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, grill, garden furniture and a table tennis table. Table cloths, tea towels, washing up cloths, a bath mat, a cot and a child safety gate for the top of the stairs are available. The accommodation is available to let all year round. Pets are not allowed.

    “Equipment is good in the kitchen almost everything available. New furniture, renovated three years ago, everything was clean, below separate toilet and shower, which is very convenient. On the 1st floor bath, toilet and sink. Three bedrooms in total. For us, good mattress, we slept well. Here above is missing in closets and other possibility in the rooms to hang clothes. In the upper bedrooms each have a dresser. In the lower bedroom wardrobe. Outdoor table and chairs for 6 people. Very nice, clean "park ". Reasonable Grill available.
