The 52 m² renovated apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate three persons or two adults and a child. It features a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed. There also is a sofa bed that can sleep one more person or a bed for a child. The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area with a leather sofa, television, stereo and DVD player. You find the dining area in front of the open plan fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a bathtub, large shower, bidet and toilet.

The apartment boasts a beautiful private terrace equipped with seats covered by a sunshade. Here, you can enjoy being out in the fresh air, soak up the sun and admire the view across the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is surrounded by lush typical Andalusian gardens with exotic plants and trees. A great place for a relaxing siesta under orange, fig and olive trees. Close your eyes and surrender to the wonderful scent of jasmine flowers and roses and the soothing sounds of flowing water from the typical Spanish fountain.
