Grosse Ferienwohnung mit Panoramablick in einem privaten, botanischen Garten.

Im Minho, also im grünen und hügeligen Norden Portugals nahe des Marktfleckens Ponte de Lima liegt in ruhiger, ländlicher Gegend unser kleines Refugium mit Terrassen, Gärten, Lauben und plätscherndem Wasserlauf auf etwa 4000 Quadratmetern umfriedeten Geländes.
Dort vermieten wir als 'Casa da Alegria' eine gemütliche, grosszügige und komplett ausgestattete, separate Ferienwohnung, in der Sie vollkommen ungestört vom Kulturlärm den weiten Blick über das Tal des Rio Lima genießen oder direkt in die Natur hinauswandern können.

In unserem Apartment mit eigenem Eingang und Terrasse freuen Sie sich über eine offene, gemütliche Wohnküche von ca. 30 qm und ein ebenso grosses Schlafzimmer mit italienischer Dusche + Waschbecken und separatem WC, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner, aber genauso ausgestattet.
Alle türgroßen Fenster der Ferienwohnung zeigen nach Süden, bieten einen kilometerweiten Blick über das weite Tal des Rio Lima und öffnen sich zu Balkons mit Gartenstühlen und Liegesitzen. In der offenen Küche finden Sie (fast) alles >>> Gaggenau- 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowellenbackofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Eßplatz für 4 Personen, Sofa, kl. Stereoanlage (Radio,CD,Kassette), Musik-CDs, Geschirr , Besteck, Töpfe, Geschirrtücher, Alufolie etc. und sogar Lebensmittel, denn der Kühlschrank ist für den ersten Imbiss herzhaft und süss gefüllt, im Regal stehen Kaffee, Zucker, Paniermehl, Olivenöl, Gewürze etc.. Eine eigene, kleine Waschküche von ca. 5 qm mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen/-brett ist angegliedert.
Das grosse Schlafzimmer von ca. 30 qm mit Doppelbett und Sofa hat eine italienische Dusche mit Waschbecken in einem Alkoven und ein separates WC. Im kleinen Schlafzimer stehen zwei Betten separat, auch hier haben Sie einen Duschraum und ein WC. Federbetten (oder Synthetikdecken auf Wunsch), Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Fön sind vorhanden. Alle Räume sind mit Zentralheizung, Holzparkett bzw. Kacheln und Balkon ausgestattet. . Eine drahtlose Internetverbindung ist vorhanden, aber kein Fernseher.

Außerdem haben Sie eine Terrasse von 16 qm für Ihr Frühstück in der Sonne und Ihren Abend am Holzkohlengrill. Die blau gestreiften Gartenpolster liegen auf Steinbänken mit buntem Mosaik, die beiden Tische sind sonnengelb gekachelt, zusätzlich gibt es noch 4 Kunststoffsessel.

Bitte beachten Sie, daß vor Ort anfallende Kosten wie Kaution und Zwischen-/Endreinigung nur bar beglichen werden können.
Den Aufenthalt bei uns werden in erster Linie Erwachsene geniessen, die nach vorheriger Rücksprache auch jüngere Familienmitglieder mitbringen können, ein Babybett steht auf Wunsch kostenlos zur Verfügung. Um permanente Sauberkeit und Hygiene zu garantieren, ist jeweils nach 7 Tagen Aufenthalt eine Zwischenreinigung mit Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel verbindlich, die vor Ort zu zahlen ist (siehe Nebenkosten).
Sie können dieselbe Ferienwohnung auch für 2 Personen mieten unter der Objektnummer 667652, dann wird das zweite Schlafzimmer einfach verschlossen. Die Anreise kann jeden Tag von 8-20 Uhr erfolgen. Sie brauchen für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen ein Fahrzeug.

Der nächstgelegene Flugplatz ist ca. 90 km entfernt bei Porto, zum Atlantik sind es 20 km. Braga (welches auch als portugiesisches Rom bezeichnet wird), Guimaraes (die 'Wiege' Portugals), sowie Barcelos, wo wöchentlich einer der größten und buntesten Wochenmärkte Portugals stattfindet, sind von uns aus schnell erreichbar. Zur bewohnten Vaubanschen Festungsanlage von Valenca an der spanischen Grenze führt in 35 km die Autobahn, nach Santiago de Compostela sind es 150 km.
Ob Ponte de Lima tatsächlich die älteste 'Vila' des Landes ist, mag umstritten sein, unzweifelhaft gehört es jedoch zu den malerischsten Orten Portugals und bezaubert mit seinem gepflegtem, mittelalterlichen Stadtbild. Hier gibt es neben vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafes u.a. einen Flussbadestrand, schöne Gartenanlagen, einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz und ein Reitzentrum. Das Städtchen liegt eingebettet zwischen Fluß und Bergen am Rande des Nationalparks von Geres, der zu den eindrucksvollsten der iberischen Halbinsel zählt.

    From the apartment you have a view of the valley. Since the apartment is located on the main road it is very quiet, although you moderate government watchdogs who seemingly everyone has heard barking here. We arrived when it was a party weekend in the nearby village (late August) and it is not recommended, from early morning until late at night loud music (not live). Apart from this last apartment is perfect to unwind and relax with a few good books and a glass of wine. With children I find it less suitable, because there is not much to do in the neighborhood, unless they are beach lovers, because it is not far away.

    Another thing about the owners, Sonja and Albert. A very friendly couple! Sonja apartment furnished with the same taste as her own home.     As for the entrance to the apartment: it is wise to use the route description of the owners of the piece from the highway. Our GPS gave a different route. The last few hundred meters to go on a very steep and narrow road, so you would miss without the designation. It is absolutely not dangerous, but requires some skills and the first arrival I would not do in the dark.

    The owner is a lover of old cars and has covered the apartment garage. In itself causes no inconvenience, but the venting of the garage is through the hall that separates the terrace of the apartment. And you can smell in the apartment and on the terrace.
