Stunning holiday cottage in the south of Gran Canaria with a garden and communal swimming pool

This very beautiful cottage is located on a 140 m² plot of land surrounded by holiday cottages in the exclusive area of Meloneras, Maspalomas.

The house spreads across two floors and features a total of 110 m² of living space. The fully air conditioned ground floor hosts the kitchen complete with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, and a microwave. There also is a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and two comfortable arm chairs, an additional sofa bed for two persons, and a big television set with international channels. The air conditioned upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has a sea view balcony. It was in good condition and clean (apart from the coffee which had the cleaning lady since the last tenants apparently forgotten). Towels and sheets were placed in large quantities available.
