Big, light and modern holiday house with a terrace and a fenced garden, in the midst of Coutainville, just a few minutes‘ walk from a sandy beach

The holiday house (4 stars since 2017) is 300 metres from the beach in the seaside town of Agon Coutainville. It is in a residential district, on a quiet street that is not public, near the centre of Coutainville with its shops.

The house provides 130m² of living space on two floors. It was built in 2011 and extended in 2015. The house is light and comfortable and has an elegant décor. The ground floor has an entrance area with big cupboards and a big living room flooded with daylight, which opens towards the garden planted with trees and flowers and provides access to another big room with a view of the garden. The American kitchen has been completely newly fitted with a big fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is open towards the living and dining room, which has a dining table with chairs and stools, as well as very comfortable armchairs and sofas, a flatscreen TV with French satellite channels, and a DVD player. The ground floor also has a spacious bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm (necessary bed linen measurements 220 x 240cm) and its own bathroom with a shower and a washbasin made of grey stone. The house has electric radiators, electric blinds for the big windows, and manual blinds for the other windows. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which has three spacious bedrooms with light wood parquet floors and big cupboards in every room. Three bedrooms have a bed measuring 140 x 200cm (required bed linen size 220 x 240cm, pillow cases 65 x 65cm). The bathroom has a double washbasin with a big mirror, a spacious shower, a hairdryer, a towel radiator and a pretty laundry basket, as well as a big WC. The accommodation was awarded 3 stars in 2010 by the Meublé de Tourisme.

To the side of the entrance there is a pretty little area with pebbles and lavender. There is also a new (2015) garage with an electronic garage door and a lockable door. There is a big dustbin and in the house you can find containers for separating rubbish and several bins. On the garden side there is a completely enclosed area where children can play safely and undisturbed. The wooden terrace is framed by little pebbles and an olive tree and faces the pretty ornamental garden. There is a garden suite for six people and a parasol, barbecue and deckchairs for six people are also provided.

Basic equipment for toddlers is available for use free of charge (cot with a thick mattress, highchair, baby bath and changing mat). You are allowed to bring a pet, which you are of course responsible for during your stay.

On Saturday mornings you can walk to the market in Coutainville, a pleasant way to spend some time and to discover good, fresh, quality products. The house is only a three-minute walk from a lovely, fine sandy beach, where you can go on pleasant walks.
