Comfortable villa with patios and a pool at an elevated location with stunning views of the ocean and the landscape and only minutes from the beach or excursions

The building of the villa started in the late 1980s and it was finished in the early 90s. The builder was Sheikh Hamad al Thani, the then head of state of the Emirate of Qatar. The design and planning of the Spanish villa were carried out by Angel Taborda & Victoria Gauna, Taller de Arquitecture de Marbella (TAM), who have won several awards for their projects.

The villa is located at the heart of the golf valley Nueva Andalusia, only a few minutes by car from Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beaches of the Costa del Sol, yet far enough to ensure quiet evenings by the private pool. The property is located in an enclosed complex with other villas. Due to its elevated location, you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the mountain La Concha.

The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is beautifully furnished with modern furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay for families or groups staying here. You enter the house through the front main entrance into the entrance hall and a mezzanine. A few steps lead down to the spacious, beautiful living/dining room. The living room boasts an open fireplace, air conditioning and sliding windows which grant access to the patios and the private pool. A large sliding window grants access to the pool patio. The lower floor boasts two additional bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm and 150 x 190 cm). Both bedrooms also have marble radiators, air conditioning and sliding windows, granting access to the small loggia and the garden. On the same floor, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a toilet, a bidet and a double washbasin. On the first floor you will find the conservatory with adjacent patio.

The patios offer stunning panoramic views of the Aloha Lake, also known as the Lago de Las Tortugas, the Golf Valley, the Mediterranean, the Concha Mountain and the yacht harbour in Puerto Banus.
