Apartment with a large terrace, in a house surrounded by a child-friendly garden

This spacious apartment is in a quiet side street near a supermarket, a butcher and a wine and liquor shop, as well as the town centre.

The 96m² apartment has three rooms (two bedrooms) and can accommodate up to six people. Air conditioning is available. The living room has a sofa bed for one or two people, a TV and access to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed. The apartment has a very well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric stove, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. It also provides access to the terrace.     “Spacious, very clean and well equipped apartment on the 1st floor with large balcony, the house is in a quiet location. The landlords are very nice and helpful, they live on the ground floor and are always available.
