Stylish holiday villa with a garden, terrace, playground and its own pool, in a quiet location not far from Pula

This detached holiday villa with a garden and its own pool is in a quiet location in Marčana, which is only about a ten-minute drive from the airport and fifteen minutes by car from the centre of the well-known tourist town of Pula. The private property is 100 metres from the main road.

The light holiday house has a colourful interior. Its 130m² provide all the necessary modern comforts and conveniences, with a functional design for five people. It has two bedrooms with a harmonious colour design, with a double bed in the first and a double and a single bed in the second. There is a cupboard between the two bedrooms. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, WC and washing machine. The second bathroom has a bath with massage jets, a double washbasin with storage space, and a WC and bidet. The spacious, air conditioned living room gets plenty of light through the large windows. It consists of a sitting area with a sofa landscape in front of the TV, a modern dining area with a glass table, and an open kitchen, fully-equipped with all modern appliances. Right in front of the living room there is an adjoining terrace with comfortable wicker furniture. An awning provides shade if required. Right in front of it there is the 6 x 4m private pool. There are deckchairs on the lawn next to the pool. On the other side of the garden there is a small playground for children. There is also a small annex with a fireplace, which can be used for grill parties in winter. In summer there is a games room here, with darts. You can use the brick-built grill outside for grilling.

The property consists of two sites: one that the villa for holiday guests stands on and a second one that the owner of the house lives on. Both sites have separate entrances, so you can enjoy absolute privacy, whilst the owner is available to assist with any queries.

In the area on the other side of the main road, a ten-minute walk away, there is the centre of the locality with small shops, a market, grocery shops, a post office and ATM machine. Internet access is available in the local bar. It is just a five-minute drive to the very good restaurants Luna or Vesna, whose owners make delicious Istrian cheese. As it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth seeing the old town centre of Pula or Brijuni National Park. It is about a fifteen-minute drive to the nearest beach at Duga Uvala. The beautiful beaches at Pula also invite you to swim and sunbathe. Many festivals are held in the area in the summer months of July and August.

    “The holiday house is very quiet, apart from the dogs in the neighborhood barking half the night. Unfortunately, the house was partly shabby, the seating (sofa / chair) are decorated and were only covered with fleecedecken. The cleanliness was also not as we expected it, no matter what condition the object shows, cleanliness must prevail. The air conditioning was ok and sufficient. The garden and accompanying pool are sufficient.
