The entrance to the building with its mosaic tiles, red carpet lined stairs, wooden carved elevator perfectly sets the tone for this chic apartment. Located in the beautiful 16th arrondissement, this typically Parisian apartment is a charming mix of quaintness and classic elegance. Its contemporary comforts make it perfect for a couple. It is also quite rare to find such a spacious apartment for two people.
Located on the 6th floor, the space is very bright and offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the elegant lounge. It’s a magical postcard view, especially when Paris’s Old Lady is illuminated at night.
A beautiful entrance serves all the rooms: the living and dining room to the right, the kitchen to the left, and the bedroom opposite.
Every comfort is there: large flat screen in the living room and bedroom, nice dining area with a large art deco style table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom has a very romantic style, with its flowered wallpaper and pristine quilts. It also benefits from a lovely view of Paris’s old water tanks, dating from the nineteenth century and a popular resting place for migratory birds in the early winter: a magnificent show. It has a king size bed and a large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is tiled in blue and white with a bathtub and toilets. It also overlooks the tanks.
This is a perfect place for a romantic stay in the capital.
We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.
This apartment enjoys a privileged location in an upscale neighborhood of the capital. It is busy in the day and quiet at night. This is the area of the Place Victor Hugo, near the Champs Elysées. There are many shops and cafes. All amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc ...) are within walking distance.
Metro (Victor Hugo) and buses provide quick and easy access to major attractions of the capital. No need for a car. You are a 19-minute walk away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées
Just in front of the building is a Parisian curiosity: an ancient water tank built in 1859 and powered by the Seine for the watering of public gardens and street cleaning.
