Stunning villa with a large pool by the beach



This stunning, detached villa with a large house and pool is located in a popular neighbourhood in a swimming cove away from the centre of town.

This property is impressive! It sits elevated above a garage and is surrounded by natural stone walls. The tall plan trees lead the way to the staircase, which leads to the entrance, the conservatory and the pool. The luxurious 152 m², two storey holiday home boasts three comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, a large, separate kitchen and a cosy conservatory. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm canopy bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 200 cm x 200 cm double bed. The conservatory offers another dining table and chairs in front of the fireplace. The spacious bathroom boasts a window, a bathtub, a double sink with under sink storage and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. There is also a window with a mosquito net. The house is air conditioned (heating/cooling).
