This elegant villa, located between the town of Gubbio and the valley of the river Tiber, is surely one of the most beautiful in the Umbrian countryside and is a worthy accommodation for groups of friends who will remain astonished by the beautiful frescoed halls and the splendor of the rooms. Those who will stay on this property will have the pleasure of spending a holiday living as the lords of long-ago used to. The villa is surrounded by a large ancient park with unique sights. The town of Gubbio is very near and even all the most famous Umbrian towns like Perugia, Assisi and other small Medieval villages are within easy reach. This property is also ideal for celebrations holding up to 250 people. The two floors are joined by a lift. In the fenced park, there is the swimming pool (17x4.5, 1.40m deep)(01/06-30/09) with a Jacuzzi area and garden furniture (barbeque) with spaces for outdoor meals. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms, mid-weekly linen change, baby bed are included in the price. Extra cleaning hours, a chef, a butler, cookery courses, a babysitter, transfers and guided excursions are all to be requested upon booking and paid for on location. The villa has central heating, air conditioning and wi-fi Internet connection. Every room has a safe, satellite TV, mini-bar, hair-drier. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must be between 2pm and 7pm.
