Quiet but centrally located holiday apartment, not far from the beach

The house is in a quiet district of Rovinj. It is easy to get to the centre and to the beaches.

The comfortable holiday apartment measures around 100m² and is on the ground floor of a residential house with two floors. It consists of a generous living room (25m²), two double bedrooms (13m² and 16m²), a bathroom (7.5m²) and a big, fully-equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances. Both bedrooms have double beds and one also has a cot. A single bed for a child can be added. Bed linen, hand towels, the final cleaning and all supplementary charges are included in the rental price. The wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

There is a beautiful garden of around 65m², which is fully fenced. You can have a coffee there, dine or simply sunbathe. The private parking space is very convenient, as it is otherwise almost impossible to park in the centre of Rovinj.

It is just a ten-minute walk to the centre and the beaches. If you enjoy cycling, then you can benefit from a discount of 10% for bicycle hire next door. The nearest big supermarket is 100 metres away, a two-minute walk. There are also a bakery, cafés and everything you need there, so it is not necessary to go shopping elsewhere. It is just a few metres to a pizzeria that is very good value, with another one just 50 metres further.
