Spread over a network of locations in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Münster and Zurich, we are united by the desire to support you as an owner and to maximize your rental income.

Our multi-talented team is there to assist you: our experienced service employees are personally available to help you with all your rental concerns. Our IT experts develop technologies and tools that make your everyday life easier and our team of marketing and tourism professionals optimizes the marketing of your holiday home on all distribution channels, provides you with informative guides and lets you draw from our broad wealth of experience.

We act as the contractual partner to the guest and relieve you, the owner, of time-consuming tasks: from booking and payment processing, to communication with guests prior to arrival, and complaints and feedback management. This gives you more time for the essentials - and makes the renting experience more enjoyable for you.

As experts with over 20 years of experience in the holiday home sector, we know the market, the most important sales channels and the path to success. Since 2022, we have also been members of HomeToGo, the online marketplace with the largest selection of holiday homes and a huge reach.

Our history

atraveo by e-domizil stands for the fusion of two strong brands - atraveo and e-domizil: Internet startups from the early days, with long experience in the online rental of holiday homes - rooted in the German-speaking region, established throughout Europe.

Since the merger of the two companies in 2020, we have been focusing on our core mission with redoubled strength.

Our values

Fairness and transparency are the cornerstones of our work. Only after a successful booking do we receive a commission. Until then, there are no costs for you as an owner: registration, personalized consulting, management of holiday homes in our owner area, all this service is completely free of charge.
